To make matters more complicated, the market was still suffering from the banking crisis and there were multiple delays with our loan. He even referred us to a new lender, who was able to expedite the process or we would have lost the home. Our second transaction with Hiep also presented its challenges. Covid-19 had slowed down the renovations we were making before selling the home, but Hiep was able to offer his resources so that the renovations were completed quickly. He also added excellent design ideas and helped oversee some of the exterior renovations himself.
