Welcome to Mountain View

Mountain View is a city filled with wonderful parks, a dynamic downtown, great entertainment resources and a diverse well-educated population. Nearly 65% of the city’s 70,000+ residents hold a college degree. Employers like Google, Veritas, Verisign, LinkedIn, Fenwick and West, LLP, and the Kaiser Medical Center have resulted in a wave of new professionals looking for homes close to work. Mountain View was originally part of a stage coach trail that ran from San Francisco to San Jose. It’s major claim to fame, originally, were all of the orchards and agriculturally based operations. Much of that country feel still exists in Mountain View today. However, while it may look like a small town, Mountain View is a hub of aerospace activity as it boasts many high-tech buildings and businesses situated in the heart of what is called the Silicon Valley.
